Going for the Secure Buildings

When shopping for a condo, go for the buildings that are secure. Most condominium complexes these days are like serviced hotels. These have lobbies with receptionists and security personnel. That way, the staff can make sure that only residents or their legitimate visitors can go about the building. Otherwise, you might have strangers coming up your floor without you knowing.

Sure, you can lock your door, but the fact that potential crooks can access even just your floor makes it easy for them to do all sorts of mischief.
