Consider the location
May 3, 2008 on 11:07 am | In Tips | Comments OffIf you’re buying a condo, consider where it is located because just a few feet could make a huge difference. If you want peace and quiet, you wouldn’t want hearing the trains, cars, taxis and buses outside. That is why you should choose a condo that is far from a busy street. Also, you could avoid hearing your neighbors’ noisy feet stamping all over the ceiling above you if you choose the top floor of the condo. Also, choose a condo with a pleasant view. You wouldn’t want to gaze at a parking lot or would you? If you’re selling condos, consider how the location affects the mood of your tenants. You may lose an investment if you don’t.
